Overview

Hampton Parkway Capital, LLC is an investment and advisory firm focused on providing advisory and capital solutions to middle market companies in the United States. The firm invests in senior debt, junior debt, structured equity and common equity.

Partnerships

HPC works with leading investment banks, regional intermediaries, co-investors, private equity firms, high net worth family offices and senior management teams to source and execute transactions. We invest in leveraged buyouts, growth financings, and balance sheet recapitalizations. HPC invests across a broad group of industries in companies with annual EBITDA ranging from $3 million to $15 million.

Strategies

The Managing Partner of HPC has been investing in the private credit and equity asset classes since 1993. HPC will continue to structure investments to deliver superior risk-adjusted returns for its investors.  HPC has the ability to invest between $5 million and $30 million per transaction.
